Jonathan,

This is your best post ever. My first reaction was sharing my childhood stocking tradition. ALWAYS a tangerine at the bottom of the stocking. When that baby rolled out you KNEW the gifts had ended....AND that's when I discovered -- (warning: spoil alert) Santa Claus was my MOM!!!

Then I read on -- and laughed so hard. I think it would be a great thing to spray in your house before guests come over for dinner. If your cooking sucks, it least it'll smell good.

I'm going to get some FLAME!

Research is part of making analysis to discuss its advantages and disadvantages for the benefit of the community. Providing quality education is part of the government responsibility. Sometimes, our hobby becomes our therapeutic form of relaxation depending on our interest in life. I need credit repair help because I’ve spent the majority of my adult life trying to keep up with the Joneses. As an American, there is an undeniable pressure to live the “American Dream”. I just think it’s ironic that the American Dream has become almost identical for everyone—big houses, fancy cars, a white picket fence, and expensive things. It’s pretty evident that all of these luxuries and material goods aren’t making Americans happy. Instead of happiness, I feel guilt and stress when I make purchases at the store. I feel guilty for buying something I know I don’t really need, and I feel stress because I know my credit card bill is going to be huge. I, like many Americans, need to reevaluate what really makes us happy. Focusing on material goods isn’t making me happy. All these things that I have are just weighing me down emotionally and financially. The simple things in life make me happy—like spending time with my kids, getting outdoors, and talking with my husband. The best part is none of those things cost money. So why then are Americans so consumed with spending money on worthless things? Americans are addicted to shopping and spending to impress each other. I’m sure my designer clothing impresses a few people, but if they knew how much credit card debt it took to dress like this, they wouldn’t find it as impressive. Keeping up with the Joneses is overrated, and I’ve paid a heavy price to try to live the “American Dream”. I’m going to start living my own dream—the real American dream. I’m going to start managing my money, saving my money, and paying off my debts. My credit score is also extremely low, so I’m going to get credit repair help. With less debt and credit repair I can focus on the things in my life that truly make me happy—my family.

hey Jonathan. Just catching up on your blog.

Well, welcome to married-land where wifey identifies the better way to do things and you go, "oh, I get it now." Next thing you know, you will be a Target and Costco. These are the three big withdrawls from our monthly "need to stay alive" account and save us thousands of dollars annually.

Keep up the good work.

Update on Shinobi: On the operating table the vet found out he was eligible for a less invasive and less costly surgery. Quicker recovery and only ("only" ha!) $850 instead of 2k. I would pay the 2k if that was needed, but most certainly won't complain about the price cut. Too bad this wasn't before halloween or he could have gone as a mummy...all wrapped up in his bandages lol.

Oh poor Shinobi!!

I'm sure some people read this blog post and thought - 2K for a dog! No way.....

But as a dog person and one that chose not to have children, I can say that these creatures are your family. They are your kids.

A good parent (of kids or pets) would do what they could to provide good insurance and medical care. AND dress their kids up on Halloween, in the coolest outfit.

Thanks for updating us on Shinobi...arrrrgggh matey.
